The landscape as an interior
The challenge
To design a luxury villa perched on the eastern slope of Mount Aurélien in Provence — an exceptional site with panoramic views that demanded an architecture capable of staging the landscape from every living space, without dominating it.
The design response
A landscape-house echoing Frank Lloyd Wright’s famous “Fallingwater,” where all volumes are organized around light, transparency, and sightlines over the Provençal territory. Reflections from the pool, nestled in the greenery, interact with the glass walls. The house breathes to the rhythm of nature — the sun’s path across the seasons, variations in light, and openings to the horizon. Complete mission: conception, studies, building permit, fine-tuning, and construction site supervision.
