The challenge
To design an urban and roadway luminaire capable of integrating a brand-new, ultra-compact micro-reflector technology — a world first in public lighting — while creating an object with a strong and coherent formal presence.
The design response
Thylia invents an entirely new luminaire head structure, designed around the micro-reflector: maximum compactness, precise directivity, and optimized thermal management. Its sleek lines and low profile give it a commanding presence in the urban environment. Deployed in numerous French and European cities, Thylia marked a milestone in the history of public lighting.
