Keo. Ghm
Lightness and memory
The challenge
GHM wished to complement its Keo collection with a range of benches capable of unifying public spaces with a coherent vocabulary — coordinated furniture and lighting, lightweight silhouettes evoking indoor comfort while withstanding the constraints of the public realm.
The design response
The collection is structured around patterns and mouldings that evoke historical urban themes, adaptable to both lighting and materials. The lightweight silhouettes create a soft presence in the public space, avoiding the usual massiveness of municipal furniture. Full design and conception mission, from competitive analysis to 3D definition, including the development of technical principles in collaboration with the engineering department.
