A monument for the third millennium. This hymn to the immaterial, evoking the three major cultural influences of Puerto Rico, displays infinite variations in its shape, depending on the location of the observer. It is a display case for one of nature’s most beautiful phenomena: the rainbow, harnessed by technology. By night, a moving column of light acts as a beacon for the island. Light catches a spray of water droplets. Lighting scenarios work alongside the beacon to make it part of its artistic and cultural environment.
