To design a board strategy game with tremendous intellectual depth, as beautiful as it is demanding—an object whose formal quality would match the richness of the game.

The Design Solution

KAN is a two-player game in which combat pieces can eliminate or absorb the opponent’s powers, while neutral pieces reconfigure the board each turn. The strategic depth surpasses that of chess while remaining accessible after just a few minutes of learning. Pieces with high perceived quality, meticulous packaging, and a brand identity developed entirely by the agency. End-to-end project management from concept to production oversight.
