Lafuma wanted to renew several backpack ranges by integrating ergonomic, functional, and aesthetic innovations into a highly competitive outdoor and urban market where every detail matters.
The design response
Ranges designed around the actual use of hikers and travelers — load distribution, compartment access, carrying ergonomics — with a strong and consistent visual identity across all references. Full design mission from usage analysis to 3D definition, technical adjustment, and industrial development follow-up.
