Head in the clouds
The challenge
To design an urban light fixture for Schreder with a silhouette that would be instantly differentiating in a public lighting market saturated with conventional shapes.
The design response
Oyo takes its name and shape from its spherical volume suspended above the pole — a round light head that floats in the urban space, creating a soft and memorable visual presence by day and by night. The design integrates the thermal and photometric constraints specific to high-power LED sources. Full industrial design mission, from conception to industrialization follow-up.
